A Simple Test Included in the Distribution
The SVN sources contain a directory, parfe/mesh, with a few test cases. Mesh file cube_s01_fea.mesh.h5 is a simple example of trabecular bone. You can run it with ParFE, then visualize the results with MEDIT, and obtain something like the image below.
